With peaceful bay views, inviting living spaces, and amenities built for both relaxation and adventure, this home creates the perfect setting for a memorable coastal getaway.

Step inside to a bright and welcoming open living area where the kitchen, dining space, and living room flow comfortably together. The cozy living room centers around a fireplace, creating a warm place to gather for movie nights, board games, or simply relaxing after a day on the water. Large windows frame beautiful bay views and bring in abundant natural light, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with warm wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space for family meals. Whether you're preparing breakfast before a day of exploring or enjoying dinner together after sunset, the open layout keeps everyone connected.

Throughout the home, soft coastal tones of blues and whites paired with natural wood finishes reflect the surrounding waterfront setting and create a comfortable island atmosphere.

Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 8)
• NW King Suite – King bed, TV, private bathroom, and adjoining SW Twin Room
• NE Full Room – Full bed and TV
• SE Queen Room – Queen bed and TV
• SW Twin Room – Two twin beds, TV, and access to the back steps leading down to the private pool

The common bathroom is located in the hallway near the NE Full Room and SE Queen Room for easy access.

Bleu Haus truly shines outdoors, where guests can enjoy the relaxed pace of waterfront living.

The upper balcony overlooks the bay, offering the perfect place to start your morning with coffee or end the day watching the sun reflect across the water. Keep an eye out for blue herons along the shoreline or dolphins occasionally passing through the bay.

Downstairs, the home features a unique second gathering space known as Fun Down Under, a shaded entertainment area perfect for families to spread out and enjoy.
This space includes:
• 75 inch TV for movies, sports, or game nights
• Comfortable outdoor seating
• Second refrigerator for drinks and snacks
• Hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after pool time or kayaking

Just steps away, the private pool offers your own backyard oasis where kids and adults alike can spend hours swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the island sunshine.

Guests can also take advantage of bikes and kayaks available at the property, making it easy to explore the island’s scenic surroundings. Ride along the quiet island roads, paddle through calm waters, or simply enjoy the outdoors together.

Bleu Haus sits along the peaceful bay side of Dauphin Island, offering beautiful water views and a quiet setting for relaxation. The Gulf beaches are only about a 12 minute drive away, where guests can enjoy wide sandy shores, shell collecting, and sunset walks along the water.

During your stay, explore the island’s favorite destinations including Fort Gaines, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, and the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. Local restaurants offer fresh Gulf seafood and laid back coastal dining just a short drive away.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting for you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. This home is NOT pet friendly.
