Great views, great access, updated condo! - Calm Seas

Find your peace at Calm Seas, the first-floor condo at Holiday Isle in Dauphin Island. The condo enjoys tremendous views, modern decorations and furniture, and easy access in and out to the amenities of Holiday Isle. Watch the waves or the pool. The unit is fully equipped and will sleep 6 comfortably, with room to hang out or spread out at the Holiday Isle.

Holiday Isle is a low-density Gulf-front Condominium building located right on the Gulf of Mexico beach. Amenities include a beautiful gulf front pool, a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and Gulf view fitness center.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

We had a wonderful time in Dauphin Island. The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. Seamless check-in and check out.

Great condo - Needs updates to dryer and keys

We really enjoyed our stay, and the condo we were in. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. I hadn’t been to Holiday Isle in 8 years, and I have to say the overall complex has run down a bit with wear and tear in 8 years. You can just see the wear in paint and finishes etc throughout the complex. The key situation to our unit was a bit frustrating. The keys hardly worked in any door and I had to get them fixed at the desk. Even after “fixing” them they didn’t work very well. It could take 10 minutes of putting the key in and out of the slot for it to finally take. We were even locked out a few times. I would suggest the entire complex look at updating the keys to something newer. The dryer in the unit also didn’t work very well. We had to run the dryer three and four times at the highest temp and longest setting to dry a load. Overall it was a great stay - just needs some updates.
