Picture Perfect is a house completed in December 2019, furnished for the enjoyment for families and dog alike. Step out of the back door and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach across the street. Then relax in the new eight-person hot tub and cook up dinner on the private gas grill!

Beach access is directly across the street, so don't forget your beach chairs and sand toys! When you aren't enjoying the beach or hot tub, take a short drive into town where you can enjoy delicious dining options such as Reel Deal BBQ, Islanders, and Beached Cafe (all within three miles of the house). Don't forget to take a day to explore the Audubon Bird Sanctuary five miles across the island. This 164-acre sanctuary has miles of walking trails through beautiful woodlands, swampland, and gulf beaches.

Perfect rainy weekend

We loved everything about this beach house! The hot tub was amazing and the layout of the house was perfect! Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. I wish the grill wasn't so hard to light, but other than that it was perfect & can't wait to come back!

Really Pic Perfect!

The home really is wonderful! The views from every angle are amazing! Can see sunrise and sunset as well as the bay and the ocean! We especially enjoyed the view of ocean waves from the hot tub! It was a lovely pet friendly home! We loved it!

Girl’s trip

Sisters, daughters and nieces from Florida and Wisconsin enjoyed our 3rd annual weekend getaway together! This rental had a great view of the ocean on both sides. We enjoyed the rental and everything the island had to offer.

Clean, easy beach access and updated

Great home, clean upon arrival, plenty of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels and dish soap. If you like filtered water bring it with you. We also brought all our groceries because we felt the restaurant options were limited. Will stay here again!

Nice roomy home

Loved the location and the cleanliness and roomyness of this home. Bunk beds ok for small kids but uncomfortable for larger teens and adults. AC worked great Nice open roomy living room and kitchen. It worked great for our purpose as we didn’t stay home much during the day.

Great location, updated home

Location is perfect across from a small public beach. The house has a gate on the porch for the dog to hang out while enjoying the hot tub. The private shower under the house was fantastic after beach trips. Much has been updated in the house. A few fixes would give it 5 stars, such as the master bedroom door catches on the floor when opened, ants kept coming in through cracks in the kitchen counters, no steamer in the kitchen, and the kitchen utensil drawer is doesn’t slide in at our very well at all.

Beautiful beach house

The house has plenty of space and was very clean with modern decor and appliances. It was a short walk to the beach, which was dog friendly. The back deck had a hot tub, covered deck and a sliding gate to contain our dogs. A few downsides, the grill wouldn’t heat up enough to cook anything. There are no spices or salt and pepper, so bring your own. The showers didn’t have much pressure and the pillows could have been fluffier. Honestly, it was a great place and location and I would gladly stay there again.

Highly recommend!

Our family loved our Picture Perfect Dauphin Island get away (kids, parents, and grandparents). The property was wonderful, I'd say even better than the online pictures. Beach access was right across the street. The hot tub was a huge perk, especially in the cooler evenings. I would suggest stocking up on some food prior to arrival if able. There are a few convenience stores on the island, but groceries are somewhat limited for a group. We most enjoyed grilling and cooking at the house, but did venture out a couple nights for take out pizza and dinner (make reservations for sit down restaurants). Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend booking this property!

Beautiful Island

We loved Dauphin Island! It was the perfect home away from home. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean and very spacious with incredible views. We loved being close to the beach. The beach is very nice here and not terribly crowded at all. The deck and hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed it so much. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped and pretty, the living room couches were very comfortable. We cooked a few times and were especially grateful for the outstanding kitchen, which is really beautiful and well stocked with lots of good cooking pots and pans, plates, and glasses. The kitchen was very functional. Perfect house and location for a peaceful vacation. We look forward to our next trip here! Highly recommended!

Great Long Weekend

We loved the location and the home. It was so beautiful open and airy. We had a great long weekend with family. Plenty of space for our group of 10 primarily adults. The kitchen refrigerator needs a little attention but I am certain it has been addressed. We will be back.
