Sunset Key is a beautiful waterfront home with a boat dock and the fantastic Gulf Beach is just a quick 5-minute walk from your doorstep! If you love fishing, swimming and the beach - Sunset Key is perfect for you! Sunset Key has wonderful outdoor spaces for your enjoyment. Enjoy your meals out on the large covered deck overlooking the water or curl up in a deck chair and soak up some sun while you watch the children splash and play. You'll find both covered and open decks plus the bonus spacious shaded area under the elevated home with seating and cozy porch swing. You'll love lounging on the deck overlooking the views of Quivira Bay and the Mississippi Sound. Bring the boat and take advantage of the protected dock and quick easy access to the Mississippi Sound. Don’t own a boat? No worries! You can catch the big one right from your own dock!

The interior of Sunset Key is both fun and functional, you’ll love the feel of this spacious, well-equipped home. The living area has an open floor plan so you can enjoy the waterfront views while watching TV, dining or prepping dinner. The living area is equipped with streaming TV, Roku and Blu-ray player with a courtesy movie collection for the rare rainy day. The dining table seats 6 with nearby bar seating for an additional 3 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with smooth top stove, LG refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, garbage disposal and ample pots, pans, bakeware and dishes to create wonderful meals for the whole family. The Northwest bedroom is equipped with a King bed, TV and has an attached private full bathroom with a tub/shower. A second shared full bath is conveniently located in the hallway to the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom is equipped with a Full-Twin Bunk and a Full trundle. Sunset Key is also equipped with a Whirlpool washer and dryer. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

POOL SEEN IS SOME OF THE PICTURES IS NO LONGER PRESENT, THERE IS NO POOL AVAILABLE. Sunset Key does not allow pets or smoking. Boat lift and cargo lift are not available for guest use. Boat dock space available for one vessel.

Wonderful Vacation

The only thing that was SUPER disappointing was the amount of money spent and that there were going to be 9 people and they let me know the hour before we arrived, after a 12 hour drive, that they only give you 2 rolls of toilet paper. For that amount of money there should be more than 2. Also knowing that and a few other things would have been good to know the day before not the hour before. All and all we loved it, short walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely loved everything about this property and the owners were awesome and the property management company. Our stay got cut short due to Tropical Storm Sally but we will definitely be back!!! Thanks again!

Awesome view. Great location. Peaceful and quiet at night.

Had an awesome time. Everything you need is at the house. Boardwalk Realty was easy to work with. Beautiful view of the sunset from the deck. Can fish and crab right from the dock. Easy to get in the water with kayak especially when the tide is up. Plenty of dishes and towels so you are not constantly washing. Short 5 min walk to the beach. Air keeps the house cool even in the heat of the day. The house is in great shape and kept up very well. The pool was a huge plus for the kids. Short drive to restaurants. Kitchen has all you need to cook at the house and the gas grill seemed brand new. Hope to come back to Sunset Key next year. It’s my favorite place I have stayed at in the last 13 years.
