What I like most about One Oasis is their helpful, hands-on, and friendly security guards. I also appreciate the spacious infrastructure, beautiful view, and easy parking. However, I was disappointed by the unexpected fee, I was charged ₱300 for checking in at 12:40 PM, even though the website states check-in is at 1 PM. When I asked Alexandra, she admitted the site wasn’t updated. That’s not fair to guests and should be corrected.

Avoid this place like the plague

Travelled 10,000 miles over 30 hours to find they had doubled booked and had no room for me when I got there. No one on site to talk too.

This was a scam , they took my payment but did not have a room available , the contact numbers did not work and the emails I sent were not answered. I waited for three hours outside in the hot sun after travelling for 27 hours, I need my money returned ASAP

to begin with, i booked the unit just because it says "with balcony" & asked me if smoking or non smoking. i choose smoking, & its nice to know that they have a balcony. but to my surprise, there wasn't. only a small space for the ac & you have to go all the way down to smoke. place is clean, host is accomodating & easy to communicate with.

Cockaroach infestation. They where everywhere. We were given several roach motels and bug spray. The traps seemed to work out towards the end of our stay.

Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! Filthy! Very meager supply like toilet paper. Towels look like baby receiving blankets! The room is not clean. Roaches are everywhere. The porch is so dirty. Both sinks are slow draining. The hotel property itself is nice though! Not this room; building 4room 416!
