Nice two night stay

Had a nice stay at the Pinnacle hotel and suites.The breakfast was good plenty of choices and the staff were helpful would stay there again when in Davao.

What’s there not to like about this Hotel. Everyone from security to front desk staff to restaurant workers always treat us well. That’s mainly the reason we have stayed at this hotel in Davao more than 25 times.

The staff were very accommodating . They work hard to clean it. THe decor is.very dated There are no drawers, just a cupboard with shelving and a rod with 6 hangers. The breakfast buffet is substantial and varies daily. The restaurant service is a bit slow, but the food.is tasty. We had.a nice view.

Great reliable place for about 42 bucks a night. No probs. Restaurant off lobby is a bit spendy though... But excellent service.

The staff were all good and it’s a great location. My only disappointment was that i was there for 3 weeks and the toilet was not cleaned for 3 weeks and towels were not changed everyday. But I enjoyed staying there and the restaurant food was excellent

Getting old like myself

The pinnacle is a good hotel but it used to be excellent . The staff are still excellent but its beginning to show its age like all other hotels do. The food on the nenu is excellent but the breakfast is limited. The biggest downside i found was the shower curtin. It had clearly seen better days and should have been replaced. Would i stay there again. I am doing.

Very strict on Check In/Out, has P1000 Deposit for check in & P500 Deposit for requesting another key card, room is big which is nice but A/C isn't cooling since everything shuts off when key card is removed if youre eating out which a bit inconvenient esp if you have a gadgets that needs charging, found cheaper options near the area which we think is more premium than this hotel.

I’ve always stayed at Pinnacle Hotel when I visit my family ever since Marco Polo shut down. I always find it was quite convenient and the staff are friendly…however, this stay, I was a bit disappointed about their breakfast service! They ALWAYS ran out of fruits, dishes, Filipino kakanin and they were not topped up quickly, causing guests to wait 15-20 for a single dish ! If a paying guest dines, food should be available…

Arrived at the hotel for check in. I had booked 4 nights and prepaid. The hotel was under renovation and I had to find another hotel late evening. There was no prior notice or cancellation by the hotel. At least Expedia was helpful to get my refund.

Difficult to walk to the mall though it is one street away. Lack of sidewalks and vehicles blocking pedestrians forcing to walk on busy street. During peak hours, there is competition for any services due to medical school and elementary school students converging along with tourists and visitors.

View from balcony room was spetacular. All amenities in room were well maintained. Hot water was abundant at all times. Breakfast was high point of every day. Best deal for the money in Mindanao
