Nestled in Iowa's Vander Veer Park Historic District, it is conveniently located just one block from the park, Davenport's Outing Club, St Ambrose University and St. Paul's Lutheran Church. The upstairs residence which sits above the former stable & garage, is part of the E.B. Adler Estate, which also features a 4-bedroom home on the other side of the spacious yard and gardens. Lovingly restored by its new owners, this unique space is walking distance from a grocery store, pharmacy and several of the area's best coffee shops.
