The room was dirty and filled with bugs. The space was ample. The beds were more like cots and uncomfortable. The shower was very dirty to the point we didn’t want to shower while there. The staff was kind.

I will love a refund. Room was dirty no lights microwave sitting on the bathroom sink. I do have pictures . Bed nasty room nasty. Wasn't clean . Have a nasty smell I moved the microwave so I didn't electricity myself. Didn't have a fridge

The lobby does not look like the advertised picture. Just being honest. Its run down, needs alot of work and repair. The bathroom in the lobby had a toilet plugged with 💩. My room was...ok. It had basic beds, basic mattress, basic shower (the head didn't spray well/right but got the job done). It was clean, which was most important to me.

DO NO STAY AT THIS PLACE, SOMETHING BIT MY LEGS ALL NIGHT IN THE BED, COCKROACH IN SHOWER, 1 BT BUT NO OTHER TOWELS WERE IN RM, NO PHONE, NO CUPS OR ICE BUCKET, ONLY 1 OUTLET ON LAMP WORKED, FRIDGE FROZE POP, 1 LAMP IN RM, RM SMELLED OF SMOKE UPON ENTRANCE, AC ONLY WORKED ON 1 SPEED WHICH WAS HIGH, SUPPOSED TO BE A BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING BUT WAS NOT INFORMED OF WHERE IT WAS, RM WAS TO BE HELD W/CARD & PD. FOR W/CASH UPON CHECK-IN...NOT TRUE, DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED, DOOR LOCK WAS LOOSE, DOOR WAS EASILY PUSHED IN FROM THE OUTSIDE BY AT LEAST 2 INCHES BUT NO FURTHER, NO POP MACHINE ON GROUNDS, NO VENDING MACHINE WAS SEEN ON GROUNDS I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT ALLOW MY FAMILY TO STAY HERE AND WILL ADVISEMY FRIENDS NOT TO STAY HERE AS WELL.
