Great house!!
This is a great house, very nicely renovated and furnished. Plenty of offroad parking available. The house is in what can look like a sketchy neighborhood but a lot of Davenport looks sketchy. We were told by the kids that went to college there that the neighborhood isn't actually that bad. The house has a good security alarm with cameras which was super nice to have. If you need to stay in Davenport or the local area, I would recommend this house. Annastasia was very communicative, responsive, and helpful.

Wonderful experience
Was in town for a pool tournament at the River Center in Davenport. Short drive to and from. We were greeted with a gift card to a coffee shop. Parking was available off the streets which was a huge plus. The inside was luxurious, very clean and felt like a home away from home. The bathroom was amazing with a large walk in shower, a spa tub and heated floors. Great 3 bedroom place that comfortably sleeps a minimum of 4 unless sharing beds. Lovely!
