"The room was neat, tidy and had all the amenities needed. The bathroom was dated, but clean and reasonably spacious. I would have liked in the bathroom a ceiling/exhaust fan, as it was quite steamy and warm in there during, and after the shower. The rooms were nice and close to the reception, the restaurant and parking was close to the rooms. The hotel is close to the beach and shops, so that's handy. Overall it was good, but for the price, it was just a standard room. The High price is for the location, not the standard of the room. I would still go back, as it's close to everything we need."

"Such a beautiful sanctuary for a relaxing weekend away. Scenic views, a warm fire pit, private jetty access and plenty of activities to slowly pass the time (kayak, fishing, board games, cooking facilities). My partner said it was one of the best weekends she has had "

"Clean and fresh with very comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay, and a lovely fresh fruit bowl, a loaf of bread and some yummy gluten free biscuits. Butter and milk in the fridge.The only issue I had was I was cold! Yes, there is a reverse-cycle airconditioner in the living area, but no other heating, not even in the freezing cold bathroom.The bed was nice and warm though.It was peaceful and quiet and has a nice outlook and yes, Kookaburras calling in the morning.I'd probably stay again but not in Winter!"
