This gorgeous home sits in the north georgia mountains in a private and secluded neighborhood, only 4 miles from the North Georgia Premium Outlets shopping area! Close to Dahlonega, Helen, Amicalola Falls State Park, vineyards, and more! Our cove is quiet and serene. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on either of our two extra large decks overlooking the water, listening to the fish jump and birds sing. In the evenings, you can enjoy our gas fire pit on the upper level deck or the wood burning fire pit on the lower level deck.

Beautifully renovated 3000sq/ft, 4 bed 3 bath cottage in quiet Dawsonville Lake Lanier neighborhood. Parking is available for up to 6 cars. Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances, and lake views from the new center island. On main level you will find 2 bedrooms, both with King size beds. Primary on first level with amazingly renovated master bath with "wet room" shower/freestanding tub combination. Primary bedroom provides view of lake with private access to deck with seating for your morning coffee. Dining room opens to kitchen and seats 10-12 and offers views of water. Main level living room with large flat screen TV and plenty of seating on new furniture. Expansive upper deck overlooks the lake and faces undeveloped corps of engineers land, offering the feeling of soothing privacy.

On the lower level you will find 2 more bedrooms. A second primary with a king sized bed with it's own access to the lower level deck and views of the lake. The second bedroom is for the kids with newly added full over full bunk beds with a twin bed trundle. A second living room is also downstairs with it's own large flat screen TV. In addition, you can spend your evenings belly up to the bar with your friends and family as you watch the game on the bar TV or just enjoy playing a game of foosball. Just outside the bar you can slip into the spa/hot tub and enjoy the sunset.

Enjoy a short, FLAT, lighted walk to the double decker party dock. Upstairs you can have your fun in the sun. Downstairs you can park your boat in the covered boat slip, or enjoy some shade and a swim from the lower lounge area. Rental comes with use of 4 kayaks for exploring the cove and lake!

You're welcome to bring your potty trained, well behaved furry friends for a non refundable pet fee of $200. 2 pets maximum, preferably under 50 lbs each. Message me if you have any questions or if your pet exceeds our weight limit. We are big animal lovers and can be flexible.
