We found the accommodation to be very nice. The only issues we had were,
1) Finding the place, the directions weren’t great. The people at the Accommodation office weren’t overly helpful, stating “ that they never had a problem before??”
2) We had a wedding at 3:30pm and we understood that check in was 3:00 pm but we asked if we could get in a bit earlier if nobody was staying in the room. Even tho nobody was staying, the staff seemed extremely reluctant to let us in to get changed
If that’s the way the Daylesford Accommodation Escapes treats its customers, then we won’t stay with them again. Not very pleasant people at all
