"Remodeled hotel. Our bathroom had mildew above shower on the walls. Needs cleaned off. Beds were a little hard."

"It was our 2nd time staying at Embassy Suites. The staff are helpful and check in frequently via text. The breakfast is amazing especially since it’s complimentary with a decent selection. What we noticed is the building and room are old. We had a problem with our bathroom sink where we couldn’t pull up the stopper piece. Front desk immediately sent someone. Later that same night, we noticed flooding on the bathroom floor. I guess we got unlucky with a bad room but again, a repair person immediately fixed the leak after we reported it. But it was such an inconvenience. And then we experienced a false alarm around 12:35am that required evacuation into the cold. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault but after all the inconveniences in one day, it was just too much. Hence, we give it a 2-star but the staff do work hard."

"3 friends and I stayed in adjoining rooms for a weekend of Sole Sisters run in Wilsonville. The rooms were not quite ready when I called yet when we arrived they found different ones so we could check in early! The front desk staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and the bar/restaurant were very good! The only thing I had an issue with was the hot tub was not very warm and had a lot of chlorine. I have now stayed there 2 years in a row for the same event, and I will stay there again next year!"
