Broken shower rod and no shower curtain.

Upon arrival I was so tired that I didn’t even notice the shower curtain rod was ripped out of the wall and hanging by one side with screws and sharp wall anchors hanging. No shower curtain. Coffee maker was broken and there were ants in the bathroom. At check in the front desk staff were very nice. Next morning at checkout, a different woman was working. I told her the issues and she could not have cared less.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.AC worked. Pool is nice. But.. Room had one towel and no drinking cups upon arrival. Dirty room, dirty floors, your feet and socks turn black. Keep your shoes on in the room! A couple flies, a roach and a spider. The advertised breakfast has no meats and no eggs, a couple flies near the biscuits and gravy.

For the price, this motel is one of the cleanest, most efficient places we stayed. Staff service is good, amenities are available and good quality, the room itself felt like a more expensive motel than it is.

Hotel is in bad shape, and needs a full make over. Lots of cigarette buts on the property, our room Smelled of smoke, shower head not attached, sink didn’t drain, toilet barely flushed, moldy shower curtain, and our front door didn’t shut properly. The Owners were friendly and the Libby was clean, but I won’t stay there again.

My stay at this hotel was OK. The service was very good and the room was clean when I took itl. On the negative side, the outside of the hotel is in need of maintenance and sadly the building is situated next to the highway which made for noise during the entire night.

Allowed early check-in!

I arrived too early to check in, but the front desk allowed me to check in at 1 pm instead of 3. This was great because I had been traveling all night and had to be somewhere at 6 pm. This allowed me to take a short nap and freshen up before my commitment. Made all of the difference!

Why is Wyndham letting this place carry their name

Stopped here for one night while traveling. I expected much more from the Wyndham brand name. Exterior seemed ok and common areas seemed maintained. However, room was not maintained. See pics of shower ceiling. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. But shower was disgusting.

Place was very shabby overall, room didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay, but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve been. Furnishings looked newer, nice TV, bed decently comfortable, it just needs a little bit more attention to detail. More cleaning.

the front desk employees were fantastic. The room was surface clean but needed a deep clean and many areas of ceiling repair, molding and trim repair and fresh paint. Many ants in sink area and bathtub area. concerns for the bugs were addressed immediately. Tub and sink drain both backed up. The staff of this hotel were very professional and polite.

Our room and other areas were clean and comfortable. This is an older property and has some wear and tear. Repairs had been attempted to be made but were poorly done. The manger checked me in and he was very polite and friendly. As with everywhere these days staffing must have been an issue. One person was trying to check out guests and also keep breakfast service running. More than one person could handle! There are many hotels in this area, next time I will probably try a different one.

Don’t stay here.

Stay away! Room smelled strongly of marijuana. Bathrooms were not clean at all. We had to request that housekeeping clean them again. Bathroom sink with large cracks and tub chipped with dirt and hair in it. Very noisy from highway noise made sleep difficult. Breakfast had very little to offer. Desk staff minimally responsive to these concerns. One good thing— beds were comfortable.
