Beds were comfortable, it was in a convenient location to walk to stores and food nearby. The door to the room had a gap enough to see the hallway light through it, the toilet ran forever after flushing, the people up above us sounded like they could end up in our room ever step.

We chose this for the Wyndam name. We learned that name does not mean what we thought it meant. This was a bad Red Roof Inn with a coat of paint.

Comfortable but lacking

Our beds had multiple hairs on them when we arrived. It was posted that bedding and towels were swapped every 3 days to conserve energy, we stayed 5 nights, and room service never came into our room. We took out our own trash, had to catch a room service person in the hall, or go to the front desk for coffee for the in room coffee maker. The pool was very small. Children ran up and down the halls all hours of the day and night. Floor in our room was dirty, and had ants. Bedding was comfortable and ac worked well. Breakfast was alright, there was biscuits, gravy, link sausage, scrambled eggs, and muffins.

3 families stayed for a soccer tournament. One room was dirty (hair on bedsheets & dirty towels hung in bathroom). One room had large areas of blood on the carpet. One room had only hand & wash cloth towels. Not sure there is a cleaning crew nor does anyone pre-checks rooms before assigned. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

room smelled like they just panited it . no towls in the pool area and pool area was dirty . they had shampoo and conditioner in shower which was great but no soap it was out . the air did not work like it was supposed to and the hotel was hot . this place wasn't very clean and dont try to check in early they will charge you more money .

Overall pleasant

Quiet hotel. Good location with lots of food in walking distance. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Pool was closed for maintenance but it’s January so I didn’t plan to swim lol I’d stay here again

first impression of the property are that it's a state funded hotel for welfare. seems there were barely any cars in the parking lot and when i did see cars there were people hanging out inside of them. i was assigned a room on the second floor. i went to check out the room, there was some splattered on the comforter cover. the only chair is the room needed to be in the dumpster. it was black from stains and dirt. there was a stain on the back of the chair where someone's head would be leaned against it and stains on the arms like there were things spilled all over it. best suggestion is to toss it in the dumpster and not have a chair at all. i could hear kids screaming and crying in the hall and one lady came out of her room with a pit bull type dog. i didn't know that dog were allowed to stay at the hotel. i did leave as i was there for a wedding, when i returned i told the front desk person i could not stay here and ask him to cancel my reservation. family had offered to let me stay with them.

I stayed one night in the Suite. Room was big and spacious and clean. Hotel is a little outdated, but it seems the owners are working to update the rooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. There are a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. Plenty of them within walking distance.

Mostly acceptable

Bed was very comfortable Air conditioner was in bad shape but they installed a new one. Really nice pool area. But reception area was very dingy & needs updating. We would stay again now that other parts of hotel were acceptable. Need new sign that is visible from Old Troy Pike.

Pool was ice cold and couldnt be used, wasnt the cleanest, and i was double charged my room fees which has never happened anywhere else. The front desk said its because i used a different card to place my security deposits but i absolutely do not believe that since ive never experienced that before at any other hotel and i will be disputing the extra charges on my account if they dont release after the waiting period. The one emergency exit was literally kept closed by an extension cord tied to a door knob as well.
