We were denied our booking and it was canceled early. The instructions said we'd be able to check-in before 6am. At 2:30 am after driving onnthr road for roughly eight hours we were told our booking was canceled. The staff was unhelpful, did not even try to help in any wau but continued to say we could jot get this booking.

Room was clean, tub not cleaned well. I killed about 10 bugs in my room and got switched to a different room that was free of bugs. The room all has a nasty smell including the office area.
