Peaceful Neighborhood

I rented the house for family staying during the Christmas season. It was in close proximity to our gathering in Kettering. The house is very spacious and was clean. It has a well stocked kitchen and all you will need to comfortably prepare your own meals. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a Croger Supermarket nearby. Stair was a bit steep but I got to find out this is an Ohio feature. Smaller bedroom roof is low and suitable for smaller children - not adults. Host was very responsive and courteous. I would recommend this location.

The Townhouse in Dayton

The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and well kept up. I loved that all of the rooms had ceiling fans to move air. The weather changes day by day in Dayton so we used both heat & AC - both worked well. The second bedroom is not much of a bedroom with a sloped ceiling and dorm sized bed - ok for a child not an adult. The property manager Keri is wonderful and responsive. Our only complaint would be the location of the Townhouse - the neighborhood is iffy. The property has a ring camera outside and is well lit, but there are several rundown homes with odd neighbors. Overall clean and comfortable!

The neighborhood looks a little rough but I didn't have any issues during my stay. The house itself is gorgeous and was a wonderful place to rest my head while exploring Dayton. Would stay again.
