"There are definitely up and downs at this property. The front desk staff was good and they definitely tried to help where they could. I had a suit because it was me and my 2 kids. In the room, their TV had no cord and no remote. I called down and the maintenance said they didn't have another TV so front desk just gave us an extra room. So now my kids were in their own room. For some this wouldn't work, but my kids are responsible so it was fine. We ate at the restaurant, service was really not good and the food was bad. We got back to our rooms to settle in for the night and I tried to adjust the thermostat because it was hot. It had been 100° that day so it was hot in the rooms. The AC did not work in my room or in the room they gave to my kids. I know it worked in the building because the sitting room in the suit was working as was the rest of the hotel. When I showered there was hair on the wall in the shower and a wad of toilet paper next to the toilet. It's really unfortunate because I drive through Sheridan often to go visit my parents in Denver and this is our halfway stop. We always stop at the ramada but it's clear it has seriously gone downhill."

"We loved this small home. Close to parks, & just far enough away from the busy part of town, but still easy to get to restaurants & stores. Well stocked kitchen appliances & cookware, full use of garage, could leave my bicycle in there. Beautiful front & back patio, huge & nicely maintained lawn, even some deer stopped by one morning. Perfect place to bring our dog & bicycle. This will be our go to place anytime we're in Sheridan."

"The lodge said they could not confirm our room. In the end they gave us a room and said they would comp us the cost. Since we had already paid not sure how they figured they comped us anything. Owner said Expedia was not confirming rooms and we were the 10 th guests to show up. They tried to blame Expedia and I said no way. I am a gold member so the problem must be on their end. "

"Ideally situated close to downtown Sheridan, with an easy walk to everywhere. I absolutely appreciated the airport shuttle as well as the extensive breakfast buffet. The staff was SO friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, though in need of some updates. I would absolutely stay here again as it was a nice easy walk to my sister's house."

"I booked on the wrong day and the fee was non-refundable. I didn’t realize I had booked a day earlier than I intended. I called Inn and the gentleman at the front couldn’t allowed me to still come without any extra charges or issues. He was very helpful. The room was large and met the needs. The tub and the sink drained slowly. And the outlets wouldn’t hold my phone charger in place. Otherwise, nice place."
