Great Stay Outside Madison
We really enjoyed our stay here. The beautiful guest house is very comfortable and well equipped! The area is very quiet and convenient for access to Madison. Barb and Butch were very welcoming.

Peaceful retreat
This was the perfect place for out of town family members to spend time with our son who recently moved to Madison. We enjoyed talking, eating, and playing games at this very peaceful home. Loved the patio. Very quiet.

“A Touch of Country Living” offers everything you need for a weekend or extended getaway. We stayed for a 3-day weekend and never had a need that wasn’t met by this charming property. Everything was just as described. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because we were busy with activities in Madison, but future visits to the house will have to have time built in to just relax. We played golf at University Ridge Golf Course and ate in Madison each evening. The property is close enough to commute back and forth as needed, yet it feels so far away from the city when considering how quiet and calm it is when you settle back in at night. We plan to visit Madison quite often, and we definitely hope to stay here again.

This could be one of the best thought out properties we’ve stayed at. Only complaint was of a mattress that was softer than we were used to.
