"Had awesome gym and pool. Rooms are clean."

"Very unclean place. My husband and I were there for a hour and left. We took our daughter there for the night to visit the “waterpark” and it was so uncomfortable and so dirty we didn’t even stay the night. The couches in the room had stains. I took pictures of everything. My husband went to the bathroom in the pool area and the said the was a pile of dirty towels in there almost as tall as he is. The “waterpark” is a very misleading word to use. The water is absolutely freezing. My daughter would even go in it. I tried to walk in it to show her it wasn’t so bad and I couldn’t even handle it. Half of the “waterpark” didn’t even work or spray the water it was supposed too "

"We were hoping to relax in the hot tub, but unfortunately, it wasn't working. Was a huge bummer."

"Perfect location for everything we wanted to do while visiting. Definitely will be staying again! "

"The pool had way way to much chlorine in it that you could smell it all the way down the hall and it burned both my 2 you ger kids eyes even after taking showers. The pull out bed from the couch was not clean. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The morning breakfast was bot on point. The waffles mixture container that it came out of kept breaking at every other use. Juat not a very good experience "

"We tried to cancel because of an emergency but we still got stuck paying the price for the room they where very rude on the phone I will never book for this hotel again "
