The location is really great for getting anywhere in Brookings quickly. We enjoyed staying in such a nice quiet neighborhood. The home has a nice layout with all the bedrooms towards the back.

Quirky but great

This home was really great for our family of five. It was a great location - close to everything and had all we needed to relax and enjoy Brookings. The layout is interesting but there is plenty of space and the backyard is a big bonus. Check-in was a breeze as well.

Cozy and quiet!

Two of my coworkers and I stayed here for an event. The whole process was smooth and easy- I had multiple questions which the host was quick to answer :) the house itself was very charming. We appreciated the comfort of the space, including the backyard.

Christmas vacation

The house is easy to locate. Neighborhood is quiet. Check in and checkout went smoothly. Garage was a nice added touch. The back fence that was added was fantastic for our pet but it would be nice if the sides were also enclosed. Overall a great experience!
