"We really enjoyed our stay at Los Lagos, in Hot Springs Village. It was refreshing to stay in a more natural environment, not urban. And the staff at Los Lagos were extremely helpful and courteous. Carrie was always on point with any questions or concerns, and made sure our stay was exceptional in every way "
