"Room was nice and clean, friendly staff and the breakfast was reallly good."

"The breakfast bar was fresh. That's a good thing about the trip the bad thing is it's so out of shape and outdated from years and years and years of where your website says you have room service which you don't it says you have an inside restaurant but it doesn't say the prices are ridiculous like a $22 hamburger. We're just old country folks old 73 years old and not rich and we think we wasted the 427 completely we were very unsatisfied the couch was hard as a rock you couldn't I mean to sit on it was very uncomfortable you had to lay in your bed and watch TV if you want to do that and that was okay except none of the remotes work no closed caption for the hearing impaired. So I am 100% on satisfied very 100% unsatisfied with the hotel. They had not the Bell hop they had to get a maintenance guy to help us with our luggage because we're 73 years old one elevator broke down so you got one elevator for the building so it took us 20 minutes to get on an elevator and then we checked out we had to actually go through the service elevator because we couldn't get on an elevator kept coming up and down full of people. We're not happy we will never stay there again I just wish I could get my money back"

"Parking was great! My car seemed safe and I never had a problem parking close to my room. It was quiet and never heard anyone on my floor. "

"The hotel is cute and the rooms are big, but the bar is VERY busy and you can hear the partying even on the 4th floor until midnight. Edgy, artsy neighborhood that didn’t have much shopping at all. Valet didn’t offer to help with bags at all. I liked the hotel, and the restaurant was good, but the noise level and neighborhood were not the best fit for anyone over 30."

"There was no ice machine that i found plugged in in the wing that my room was in. When I finally found a vending machine it was ½ sold out. There was 1 towel in my room and no maid service over my 2 night stay. After going to the front desk i was informed which Wi-Fi to select and that there was a box on the 2nd screen that had to be checked to connect. Problem was that you couldn't see the box. Finally found it by running my finger around the seemingly blank parts of the screen until i saw a hand instead of an arrow. The fridge seemed to have 1 setting, freeze. Not good for the insulin pen. If you like an extremely soft bed, you might enjoy it. Otherwise it was a clean room and much more affordable than the Holiday Inn Express up the road by the hospital. "
