"This place was so wonderful. We went the last week of January 2026. Super cold & windy outside, but this place was cozy and quiet! Hot tub made it even better! We stayed for 5 nights but it went by so fast. We plan to come back in the fall time to enjoy the blueberry bushes and all the greenery out. There’s also a bunch of cute shops & restaurants in the area we loved! "

"The cabin was great! It was very clean and welcoming, and it was stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. All of the 'extras', like the grill, firewood, candles, movies, games, walking stick, binoculars, etc, made this place even more homey and special. The hosts were friendly and helpful. "My wife and I had a wonderful time at the cottage! Balpha was so welcoming and called to check in on us since we had to arrive late at night. It was a real treat getting to see DeSoto Falls from the second floor bedroom, and being so close we were able to walk there! Truly we were just in awe that this is where we were staying - the kitchen was so cute and had everything we needed to cook with, the bed were comfortable (nice soft mattress!), and there was so much space to just hang out and relax between the living room and the porch. I absolutely cannot wait until we’re able to visit again, this weekend did wonders for our stress levels and was the perfect getaway."
