"We spent a week at The Posh Pelican with four households, 7 adults and 5 little ones (ages 16 months to 5 years), celebrating my wife's 60th birthday. It exceeded every expectation.The TVs playing scenic channels set a warm tone from the start, and the home was even more beautiful in person than the photos show. The floorplan worked perfectly for four households, with plenty of comfortable beds and privacy. Cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. With toys, games, and huge TVs in every room, we didn't need to bring anything for entertainment. Extra pantry supplies like pizza, chocolates, and coffee were a nice touch, and two full fridges made a real difference for the week. We also appreciated the high-end appliances.With young, occasionally messy kids around, the wipeable leather furniture in the living room and game room was perfect. The private, fenced backyard let kids play safely and gave adults a spot for a wood fire, with room for a blow-up pool, slip n slide, frisbee, and cornhole.Our family is very active, and while there weren't trails right outside the door, it was an easy drive to Pelican Lake beaches and Pequot Lakes for the Paul Bunyan Trail. Checkout was a breeze, no stripping beds or cleaning required.The host was highly responsive throughout, with kind, helpful notes around the home. The only thing missing was being right on the water. Otherwise, we wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was great - loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Plenty of space for our group of 7 to relax inside or outside. Location is convenient with lots of amenities nearby. Hosts were great! Definitely recommend staying here."

"This is a timeshare place that’s on breezy point property. We did not realize that. It was like a blast from the past! Very early 90s feeling style/furniture wise. There were some stains on the carpets, the towels are old, no toiletries provided, mis matched and lacking cookware, etc.It is definitely not where you want to stay if you want a modern place. That being said, we had an amazing time. The swimming beach is beautiful and clean. The restaurant was delicious, and the gift shop and candy store were great too. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo so it wasn’t too bad. Also note - there were no windows to the outside in the actual condo, and while we were there the high village pool wasn’t working, there was another pool to use though. Overall we probably won’t be back but it was a good experience for only being there a few days."
