Come and experience everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer! This 1 bedroom plus a den is perfectly located in the Deadman's Flats hamlet, just outside the craziness of Canmore. With a 1 bedroom and den (with bunk beds), full kitchen, easy access to outside and walking trails, this is a great place for your home base. This unit is backing on to a small road, trees, and the a creek, so it has lots of privacy!
There is construction in area - potential for noise 8am-5pm

Perfect location for travel in and around the Rockies. We loved being able to have a quiet spot to rest at night away from the hustle of Canmore and Banff. Only 10 minutes to Canmore. Would stay again!

Very nice place. BBQs and fire bowl were out of commission. Great view out the back and once the construction noise is complete it’ll be fantastic.

Very poor communication

I have stayed in this complex before (with a different owner), and previously had a wonderful experience. It’s a great location, hot tub is nice, right next to trails straight to Bow River. But, this owner does not respect people enough to communicate. When owner said in description “construction in area,” he neglected to clarify that construction using heavy machinery was occurring immediately outside unit, 3 feet from bedroom and deck, 9 hours each day. Could feel vibrations and hear heavy machinery throughout unit ceaselessly. Kitchen plates and silverware were filthy. And—the dishwasher was broken, and likely had been broken for a while. I notified owner of broken dishwasher early in stay to request repairs, and never received a response, after 7 days. Very poor customer service from owner. He should have communicated the extent of construction occurring immediately outside, and should have been responsive to request to repair broken dishwasher.
