"I need a handicap room with a walk-in shower and higher toilet. They only had one and it was in use. They accommodated me by making sure I was on the main floor. Luckily I was only there for one night so I choose not to shower. Toileting was hard but I managed with help. The staff offered to help me find another hotel but I choose to stay at Best western"

"Nice clean comfortable room and very friendly staff. No frills. My room had a musty mildew smell coming from the A/C unit that should be fixed. Aside from that, it was a nice stay."

"Everything was wonderful. Easy check-in, restaurant next door, beautiful outdoor spaces- hot tub, enclosed patio areas, fire pits, corn hole. Very inviting and relaxing."

"This was such a delightful place to stay! We brought our twins for their birthday along with all of our pets. Communication from the host was amazing. And even when I was struggling with directions they got back to me immediately. I highly recommend this property for a nice retreat! And they thankfully provided coffee ( which I usually bring but forgot). We saw deer up on the ridge and sitting out to watch the river was really relaxing!"

"There is some vegetation on the side of the house that is overgrown, and actually touching the window and frame of one of the bedrooms. It was windy last night, and was annoying while trying to sleep. Hardwood floors were in need of cleaning. Overall we had a good experience"

"The property was just as described thru words and pictures. Fairly adjacent to the highway and short drive to the airport. Amenities were more than necessary. Communication with Michelle was timely, informative. Overall excellent stay. Thank you!"

"Amazing super clean house with everything needed for our stay. Plenty of comfortable beds as well as restrooms when traveling with alot of people. The backyard was the best, dogs and kids enjoyed every inch of it. Hosts were absolutely awesome when asking questions about anything super fast response. Would highly recommend this house.All updated appliances. Plenty of seating space for everyone in our family. We will definitely rent it again if we need a meeting in mountain home. Kids had so much fun watching the Robin in the back yard tree with her 3 little babies. Thanks again it was a pleasure to stay in your rental"
