Appartement calme et agréable

L'appartement est très calme car il donne sur des jardins. La terrasse est agréable. L'appartement est bien conçu. Juste un problème avec la télévision. Difficulté à la faire fonctionner et je n'ai pu avoir qu'une chaîne. Situé à 1km de la plage. Je recommande.

Résidence au calme, très bien située par rapport à la plage. Logement très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le balcon et la place de parking sont un vrai plus. Je recommande

Bon séjour à la résidence Les Prairies

Appartement très bien placé par rapport au front de mer et la plage. Un peu plus éloigné des commerces et centre de Deauville mais parfait pour les marcheurs. Très fonctionnel et adapté pour un couple. Logement très propre. Bien équipé. Beaucoup de rangement. Résidence très calme. La place de stationnement est un plus vu que toutes sont payantes. Je recommande.

Ce que j'ai apprécié : - Situation - Parking sécurisé - Rapport qualité/prix Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié - Isolation phonique par rapport aux voisins - Agencement ubuesque. Un bon canapé lit ou un lit suffirait pour un couple et laisserait de la place pour circuler. C'est un appart pour deux, pas plus. - Les rideaux. - La bouilloire sans réglage de température.

Le volet automatique dans la pièce principale laisse rentrer le jour reveil à 6h du mat.table minuscule avec tabouret.les rideaux sont trop petit.le ménage sur la terrasse non fait.vous dormez dans un placard qui une fois déplié vous empeche de pouvoir aller sur la terrasse.vos devez rendre le logement avant 10h du matin en allant à l'agence à coté de la gare.je decommande cette location.
