Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always on hand with great recommendations for things to do in Santorini — especially fantastic restaurant tips in Fira (Thera). A big thank you to Spiros and the whole team for their outstanding hospitality. The food was another highlight. The breakfasts were amazing, with so many delicious options to choose from, and their brunch menu was just as impressive. We’re already missing those meals!
