Plenty of small-town restaurants within a 5-minute drive, minutes away from the charming downtown Winchester area.

The apt is equipped with all the conveniences you need (fully functional kitchen, washer & dryer, picnic table, hairdryer, etc...).

The home is located In an excellent location convenient to everything you would need and more!

The space was recently remodeled with a fully furnished kitchen, a dining table that seats four, very comfortable queen bed, futon bed that can sleep 2 young children or a shorter adult (66" long), patio table and charcoal grill out back for you to enjoy a nice cookout.

We live about an hour away so we won't be meeting you when you arrive, but we are easily accessible via message or phone to help you with anything you may need. The unit is equipped with a keypad lock and you will be sent the code after booking. We hope you enjoy your stay! Should you have any questions at all, please reach out to us. This property was well located for our business trip. The picture of the property shown on the listing is a somewhat deceptive, the actual entrance to the rental can't be seen. The inside was clean and supplied for our visit. Wash cloths, hand towels and toilet paper were in short supply for our 4 day visit. Outside the grounds were somewhat cluttered and the picnic table had a broken seat. A leaking toilet valve and loose kitchen faucet will need attention.

Tried but fell short. Good for a couple.

This place is for the door to the side, which you can't see from this picture. It was easy to get in but the previous person had smoked. The owner apologized and was very nice.
