A cozy and newly remodeled bungalow, close to town but with a country feel, complete with a spacious deck with a charcoal grill, firepit, and comfortable furniture. Inside you will find a cozy living room with fire place and smart tv, there is also a foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven , microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster. The beds are comfortable and there is the possibility for two more guest by pulling out the sofabed!

Wonderful stay

Clean, modern comfortable home with great amenities! We especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace. This was in a good location near Sandusky, MI. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Fantastic space and hosts

We stayed for a weekend baseball tournament that was in Cass City. The house has a lovely aesthetic and everything you need for time away from home. We enjoyed a fire in the backyard firepit and everyone had fun with the fusbol table. Sandra was quick to respond to questions and requests. You can tell that they built this house with love and care.

Nice place. Nice fire pit. Nice aesthetics. Quiet, with the exception of the train that went by at 9:30 pm and 2:30 am on the one evening. Seems to possibly be seasonal or periodic. The kids enjoyed the games, foosball, and outdoor corn hole game.Clean and stocked with pretty much what you might need. Bed in main room was crazy comfortable. Good location for branching off to go around to other cities.My personal favorite decoration were the Shawn the sheep painted rocks.

Spacious and welcoming home near Lake Huron

A very inviting and comfortable home, we enjoyed our short stay here. Lots of room to spread out, wonderfully decorated and very well-equipped. Hope to return some day.

Was in the area for a short stay. This place was perfect! Fairly clean and tidy. Had a great decor, felt like we were at home! Only two of us but this would accommodate many more with no problem. Would stay here again! Highly recommend!

This is a very nice and clean property, and everything was just as advertised. Check-in and check-out was simple and we had no issues. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully in the Summer time to be able to take advantage of the outside amenities like the deck and firepit.

Weekend Away in Deckerville

Spacious kitchen, clean property with an easy check-in process. Fun weekend getaway with friends. The grocery store is only a couple blocks away and there’s a nice little fire pit out back.

Nice place to stay.

The house was very nicely decorated and welcoming. The window air conditioning unit kept the place very comfortable. We rented the house for 5 days, using it mostly at night because we spent the days with our children and grandchildren at another rental unit on Lake Huron. Sandra was friendly and very accommodating. We would recommend this property very highly.

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a wedding in Sandusky and reception in Deckerville (literally down the street). It was myself, my husband, two adult kids and my father in law. It was perfect! It’s a great location, very clean, everything we needed was there and the check out process was one of the easiest I’ve had. Also, the master bath is awesome!! Would definitely recommend. 😊

Sandra’s home is super cute and exactly how described! The location is great, there are a lot of small towns and beaches just minutes away by car. The check in and out process is flawless! Christmas in Deckerville

We gathered family to come and visit my mom who lives in assisted living. We were able to bring her to the home during the day and some family came every day for a visit. The house worked really well. The entrance was easy as my mom uses a walker. The inside is so warmly decorated that you feel right at home. It was very comfortable for us and very navigable with Mom's walker. The owner had decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas tree, which just made our visit so festive. We had gotten snow a couple of days, someone came promptly and plowed the drive. The owner herself stopped by one day to make sure that all was going well.

Wedding Weekend

This was a great location for my nephew’s wedding at the Castle. We had more than enough room. This place had great touches such as coffee creamer, condiments, and coffee supplies for guest to use. There were lots of towels to use for your stay. There was games for my kids to play that are 7 and 9. Lake Huron is also down the road. The place is very clean and trendy. It felt like home with a great view in the backyard. There is even a washer and dryer on-site. I would love to stay again when I have more time to explore. Sandra left a person note and a binder of tips for our stay.
