"This is far from being a 5 star hotel. Its location is good and the room was spacious, but humidity inside the room was very high and there was a strong smell of mould. Breakfast was very poor, not even for a 4 star hotel. The toilet flush in the room was not working for 2 out of 4 days. 2 our of 4 mornings there was no enoguh hot water for 2 audults to take a shower one after the other. For 2 days we were given only 1 shower gel and were only given extra when we requested it."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sivota Diamond Spa Resort! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and an incredible pool. Although we didn’t stay in one of the villas, they looked exceptional. Our room was fantastic—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to town, although the walk back is uphill. There was also plenty of parking, which was very convenient. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort. We would love to stay here again!"

"Perfect location and staff . I thought I had a problem with the air conditioning (in reality, I hadn't realized that Greece uses a smart system that prevents the AC from running if the windows are open); I called, and they answered immediately in English and resolved the issue. I used the kitchen to prepare a few meals and make a latte in the morning, which I enjoyed on the patio overlooking the pomegranate tree. There is very convenient, shaded on-site parking. Supermarkets, bakeries, and one of Sivota's best restaurants are just 200–300 meters away. The beaches are within walking distance along a mostly flat route. In short: excellent value for money, and I would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. P.S. I believe a renovation is planned—specifically for the bathrooms, which were the only part that wasn't perfect (though still more than adequate). Traveling as a couple by motorcycle. Frazie e arrivederci"

"Absolutely breathtaking , a true gem in Sivota! I travel quite a lot, and I can honestly say that our stay at Deamaris Sivota Luxury Boutique Hotel was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences we’ve had. The rooms are absolutely stunning, elegant, beautifully designed, and, most importantly, exceptionally clean. In fact, this was one of the cleanest and most immaculate places I have ever stayed. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. And the scenery is simply breathtaking. One of the most incredible things about our room was being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the comfort of our bed. Waking up to those views and ending the day watching the sunset was truly magical. The entire property has such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere, and the location is perfect for enjoying the beauty of Sivota. The hospitality was just as impressive as the hotel itself. The owners and staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The combination of luxury, cleanliness, breathtaking scenery, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality is hard to beat. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. "We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back. The highlight of this property is the breathtaking view. From the two balconies, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea from two different directions, making every morning and evening truly unforgettable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering some of the most beautiful places in northwestern Greece. During our stay, we visited Parga, took a boat trip to the stunning islands of Paxos and Antipaxos, explored the crystal-clear waters of the Acheron River, and visited the peaceful Holy Monastery of Saint Nilos. It was the perfect base for experiencing the best of the Epirus region. A special thank you to Theodhoris, who was an exceptional host. He was warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for spectacular views, a peaceful atmosphere, and an excellent location for exploring this beautiful part of Greece.
