Ca'n Nicolau features two comfortable double bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

On the lower floor guests will find a comfortable living room with beautiful furniture and decoration, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a dining area perfect for leisurely meals.

On the upper floor guests will find two double bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet, as well as an additional seating area..

Stepping outside guests will discover two inviting seating/eating areas surrounded by lush greenery, providing tranquil spaces for relaxation and al fresco dining.

During winter stays, guests can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the the two fireplaces, adding a special touch of coziness to their stay.

While our house doesn't feature air conditioning or heating, we provide fans and heaters to ensure optimal comfort throughout your stay.

In summary, Can Nicolau offers an ideal sanctuary for those seeking peace and simplicity with a touch of rustic-modern charm, embodying the essence of Deia living.

- This property does not have air conditioning or heating although portable fans / electrical heaters will be provided.
- Please note that parking facilities are not available on-site.
- There is no television in the house

- Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
- No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
- No smoking inside the house, it's permitted in the outdoor areas only.
- In case it rains during the stay, please enter all outside cushions inside.
- Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 100€ will be deducted from the damage deposit.
