Beautiful hotel, great location for exploring and incredibly kind and helpful people working in hotel. Loved our stay!

Excellent hotel, juan and jose very welcoming, great service.Service and food in restaurant high quality.Hotel in very tranquil setting, pool area great. The hotel and restaurant offer great value for money. We stayed in five hotels in fourteen days in majorca(all four and five star) and would consider L"Hermitage best value for money.

Loved it... great location (very quiet, could not hear a pin drop a night), super comfortable rooms, fantastic service, great decoration and amenities.. nothing to fault really... 100% satisfied with the experience...

It was the best hotel we stayed in on island, and we stayed in 5 4* hotels in different places during 2 weeks. It is small, but very good hotel, we felt so relaxed, so pampered. Everything was of very good quality - the hotel, the superior room, very comfortable bed, quiet street, very friendly and super-attentive personnel, breakfast, the overall vibe, the views, free parking, location just next to the promenade and the beach has really great views, and we liked the little town and laguna a...

Georgous hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent and breakfast was great.

An amazing hotel located in the best location in the historic town of Palma . Spotless & very comfortable bed . Excellent staff from housekeeping to reception . They were so helpful in all our needs . Breakfast on the rooftop bar was exquisite . Fantastic service throughout our one week stay .

Clean and nice. I was the only guest because of Corona but was given good service in spite of this!

Overall the hotel was excellent.

I went on a short solo trip to Mallorca and I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. Very nice and kind staff, beautiful and stylish hotel, great location in the city, fantastic room equipped with eveything you would need, amazing rooftop bar and swimming pool and also an impressive indoor pool/bath house. The breakfast was very nice and worth the money. I also had dinner one night at the rooftop, and the food was unbelievable! I wanted to thank the chef haha I will definitely come back to...

Truly amazing stay! Love the design and concept. Staff is incredibly friendly. The room was beautiful and clean. Byredo products & steamer in the room. Breakfast was to die for, quality over quantity. Buffet included variety of bread, croissants, pancakes, fresh fruit etc. Eggs were made to order. Pool area was super nice. Our new favourite hotel for sure!
