"If I could, I would rate this VRBO with 6 stars. The property is built into a south facing steep hillside which creates an opportunity for an efficiency apartment that sets below a two car garage. What an apartment! It's beautiful. An architectual gem. It's quiet--almost silent. There's excellent air circulation from the HVAC system. The owners and a back-up caretaker live on site. (Delightful people.) It's in an affluent neighborhood of beautiful homes, including this one. The bathroom and shower are similar to what one might find in a high end hotel. With all that said, the best feature of the property is the private two-tiered roof top patio that functions as an outdoor living room with incredible views the Torrie Pines Nature Preserve. It's where we spent most of our waking hours."
