  • Welcome to your private coastal retreat in prestigious Del Mar Heights! Perched on a quiet cul-de-sac west of I-5, this upgraded 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence blends indoor-outdoor Southern California living with panoramic valley vistas, sea breezes, and top-tier amenities.

    Whether you're sipping morning coffee on the private balcony, grilling on the expansive view deck, or spending the day at nearby Del Mar beaches and Torrey Pines, this home offers the ultimate setting for family gatherings and coastal getaways.

    The property is walkable to Torrey Pines Extension Trails.
