Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Annual ski trip

The property was great for a large group with great views and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together. Even with minimal snow it was still a great trip partly due to the amenities of the house.

Amazing!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a group of 5 couples and we couldn’t have been happier with the stay. The house and all we needed and more and we enjoyed time in the pool area. Coffee out on the porch was peaceful and the stargazing is top notch.

Mountain Retreat

Beautiful location with fantastic views of the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay by spending time by the fireplace with the kids enjoying the pool and hot tub and hiking in the national forest. Excellent place for large family gatherings. We did have a couple issues which Bill addressed and made sure we were happy. We will be back again!

Perfect Secluded Getaway

Bill was an amazing host. Very responsive and so helpful to make our stay in his home perfect. The house is big enough for a big family and the huge pool is a bonus. Clean home and has everything you should need to have a comfortable stay.

July family vacation

Our family loved our summertime stay!!! There was plenty of space for six adults and six children, and the indoor pool was a bonus. We enjoyed exploring the property and stargazing at night. The home is nicely situated near Del Norte, Southfork, and Creede. The host is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful mountain Escape

This property had everything we wanted and more, it was well away from anyone else, and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful oasis. The only real downside was the sauna did not work, but everything else more than made up for it.

Bill was great to work with he came over and plowed the dive so we could get to the house. We had nearly 16 inches of snow the night we got there. He explained how to use the pool, hot tub, and sauna. We had a wonderful time watching wildlife in the yard.

Absolutely Breathtaking, Cozy Getaway

We had such a fantastic time! Check-in was super easy, house was beautiful, view was breathtaking! We enjoyed the pool, hot-tub, karaoke machine, fireplaces, & the 360 degree-views! The only reason for my 4/5 stars was because the driveway consists of a curvy road with a huge drop and no guardrails. This may be more common in Colorado, but as someone from out of state, a heads up/warning about the driveway would have been appreciated. Ultimately, we had a fantastic time & I would highly recommend!

Breathtaking

Everything about this house was amazing! It had room for all of us with enough bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The views from all around were breathtaking. Christmas in June

It was large enough to accommodate my husband, and I and our five girls with their families. The grandkids loved the pool, of course, and we loved the views, as well as the open space. My daughter said we needed to keep this home in mind so we can come back, and when it is time to leave my grandkids hide, hoping we would stay longer. :).
