It sits on the shore of a quiet lake. Has an outdoor hot tub, ping pong table, foosball, Pac-Man arcade, 5 bedrooms, big screen tv and classic video collection, kayaks, many spices for cooking, washer and dryer, books, board games…. You couldn’t want for more! Everyone in my family loved the place.
My family had a wonderful stay in Whitewater at this comfy home. The kitchen and dining room were put to good use as we cooked Thanksgiving Dinner for the family. Kids loved the game room; adults loved the hot tub. Everyone loved the house.
A secluded lakefront property on a calm lake great for canoeing and kayaking, with easy access to Delavan and Williams Bay. Plenty of room for our 9-person multi-generational family. Well-outfitted kitchen made for easy meal preparation. Plenty to do in the house and on property as well: games, sports, and puzzles. Will definitely consider staying again.
Great place to stay in December while we attended a local college graduation. A little cool downstairs (playroom) but upstairs main living was cozy and with a great fireplace. We appreciated the pet friendliness.
Beautiful private spot on the lake. The house had everything we needed. We had fun roasting marhsmallows, barbecuing, and playing in the yard. Thank you for sharing your home.
The pictures in this listing don't do the house justice. The house was roomier than the pictures lead on in my opinion. It worked great for the work retreat I was hosting with my group of adults. Celine was communicative throughout the stay in case we needed anything. Would rent again
We found everything very nice. Good kitchen/dining space. Well supplied. Note that main living space and living room is upstairs and not a good fit for mobility issues. We thought the place was kid friendly with games and movies and nice yard to play in. Hosts were very accommodating by answering rather quickly when we texted or left a message. Yes, the internet was slow but the signal was strong throughout the property. One of the better experiences we've had with vacation rentals.
Nice house however. This is not a swimming or boating lake. All of us were bored so badly. Its a strange layout with the tv downstairs . We walked around the upper floor for 20 mins looking for the tv and ended up going to walmart to buy a roku tv for upstairs by the big comfy couch .
This wasnt supp to be a tv vaca.
Which i guess is ok if u dont have mobility issues
Yes there r birds
Rental did not meet our needs or expectations

Awesome spot!
We had a terrific experience in this gem of a home! It is perfect for an intimate getaway or a larger family/friend gathering. The five spacious bedrooms allow for plenty of sleeping capacity, while the large living room and rec room offer plenty of space to spread out and hang out. It is inviting in every way: tasteful, comfortable and cozy. It was a great house to visit. This is not your typical vacation rental - It is well appointed and maintained. The property is a calming mix of indoor and outdoor experience with the living room opening onto a porch overlooking a scenic view of lake Lorraine. The yard has a (very clean!) 6 person hot tub overlooking the lake which was a perfect way to watch the sun rise or relax at the end of the day. The house also has a fantastic location. It is nestled on a small peninsula along lake Lorraine with vacant land on either side of the property. This gives the house and it's yard along the lake a feeling privacy despite not being too far from neighboring houses. Lake Lorraine is also conveniently located in many ways. Less than a two-hour drive from Chicago, it is also less than a 45 minute drive from three ski areas (Wilmot, Alpine Valley, Grand Geneva) that are all great for kids skiing/snowboarding. It is also a short drive away from Lake Geneva and Kettle Moraine State Forest with its great mountain biking and hiking trails. Overall, we found this house to be a perfectly comfortable and awesome getaway!

Beautiful area, but NOT a swimming lake.
Our family of 8 adults and 3 children have been renting lake homes annually for the past 6 years. We are from WI and love choosing a different Wisconsin home every year. This house was great for space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out giving us plenty of “elbow room”. We had a few issues with the property which were addressed (dirty hot tub, garbage and recycles left from the previous renter, etc).
However, there are a few things that all but ruined our trip: 1) you CAN NOT swim in this lake. According to the DNR, the lake is 90% muck, and has a max depth of 8’. We had to pay for 3 cars to park and swim at the state park, and then we had to pay for another day (fighting the crowds) to swim in Lake Geneva. This was not fully disclosed in the description or photos of the property. We pay to rent a house on the lake so we can swim and hang out on the dock. 2) the internet was remarkably slow. Yes, they do have a wonderful library of DVDs but my husband and my son-in-law needed to check in for work and were unable to do so. The kids typically like to stream a show before bed, and we were unable to do that. This should also be disclosed. With our work-from-home culture, people are more likely to take an extra day away and work remotely.
Overall, with some upkeep, paint, and cleaning, it’s a decent property, but we won’t be back.
