"Great place, in a great location. Took the family of 4 to Buffalo for a long weekend to enjoy a Bills game and sight seeing. Plenty of space, for everyone to relax. Many places to eat within walking distance. Would stay again."

"The house was amazing. It had everything we needed for our trip for two families. The kids loved the play area. The location is great. The local neighborhood is really nice to walk around. The zoo is right around the corner. I cannot recommend this place more."

"This place has a lot going for it. Roomy, clean and well equipped, including the kitchen. There's nothing much to walk to from this house, but a lot of Buffalo's attractions are just a couple minutes by car - Delaware Park, museums, historic home tours, etc. Also, a quick drive to Hertel Avenue, an excellent shopping and dining street. Downtown and the waterfront are 10 to 15 minutes away. Public transportation is close by. My wife and I used the Metro for trips downtown. One drawback is that the staircase to the second floor apartment is narrow, long and steep. My wife and I, both in our late 70s, did manage, but it was difficult."

"Curb appeal isn’t the best but they did a good job doing over the apartment. Definitely need to redo bathroom. Shower is ridiculously hard to use and cramped. They need to blowout the wall and take the closet next door in bedroom. If anyone was a bigger sized person they couldn’t get thru slider glass shower doors, they don’t open fully. Also water needs to be warmer. It’s only luke warm. Great location for North Buffalo. "

"The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen had minimal cooking supplies but we didn’t cook anything but breakfast and there’s a bagel shop within walking distance. Hertle is also within walking distance.We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend this listing. "
