Delaware River Heritage Trail Turning Basin Park Trailhead

This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front desk to figure that out. If the lady checking us in would have provided that information, I would've been so confused why the lights, TV, air wouldn't work. Also, no one offered to bring our bags up to our room for us and there was a long wait to pick our bags up from the holding area the day of departure. Also, the elevators were SLOW and oftentimes, it seemed as if only one was working.

It’s a great experience!!!

The rooms were very quiet. You could not hear any noise from other guests or from the busy streets outside. It was a nice, functional room at a good price.
