"The room was pretty clean, except for some sand on the floors. Bathroom was clean pretty good. Some ceiling tiles were discolored from a leak from above. First room we were assigned was in a corner under stairs on first floor and was pretty musty smelling. Asked for another room and it was much better, thanks to the person at check in for helping on that. All in all not too bad of a stay."

"We were in room 242, not really clean, there was alot of dirt under the bed, under the desk area there was garbage, just little pieces, but obviously not cleaned. The shower head was really poor, so small for such a large bathroom. No firepits as advertised. The front desk knew nothing about firepits. We could only use the indoor pool, that's poor. Would I stay here again, probably not and I love Hyatt. We paid a premium price during off season and didn't get premium."

"Very close to ocean front. Pet friendly and beach was very dog friendly. All dogs were controlled and friendly. Really nice porch on cottage. We enjoyed our stay."

"This property has the most magnificent views of Snug Harbor! The condo was a good size with a fully equipped kitchen. The screened porch and Master Bedroom were the highlights of the condo as they had direct views of the Harbor.Janie was an excellent host."

"Amazing home, incredible location and awesome host! :)We loved our week at this house; it was the perfect blend of modern amenities with a beachy vibe! Christian was super communicative ahead of the check-in process, and immediately responsive with the handful of questions we had throughout the week. The bonus guest suite with its own entrance suited our group perfectly, as the grandparents got to have their own oasis, and the kids' room was plenty big enough for 4 kids with 2 full-over-full bunk beds! The key highlight of the house itself was the living spaces! With 2 TV areas, another seating area, and a dining space all within the same flow, the entire group was able to do their own thing (read, watch TV, build Magna-Tiles :)) but still feel like we were all hanging out together. It made for a very special vacation week for the families.The beach spoiled us - we've been to Dewey/Rehoboth several times, but never at North Indian Beach. A 2-3 block-sized private beach, where we were guaranteed the best beach seat in the house daily! No fighting for space - yet still visited by the ice cream carts. And with the house's location, we were within walking distance of several restaurants / coffee shops, which simplified our nightly dinner conversation!Looking forward to staying here again in the future!"
