DIRTY sheets, blanket, pillows. Headboard of the bed was dripping and smudged with a strange greasy substance. Room smelled of cigarettes, and then some scent to try to cover it up. Shower dripped the entire time. Very LOUD sounds all throughout the night, both from the busy street, but also from strange happenings within the hotel. No kettle. OVERALL: DO NOT RECOMMEND. If nothing else, a customer should be able to expect a clean bed in a hotel. I would have left with a much better impression if the bed were clean.

I had booked the transportation with the hotel for my pick up from airport. They sent a shabby taxi to pick me up . Taxi driver had the windows open and there was no AC in the car. It took me 1.5 hours to reach hotel and then they told me that that it is the wrong location of the hotel. So the same taxi guy took to other location 30 minutes later. There was no apology from hotel.

You get what you pay for… it’s good for price but cleanliness is missing. There is no heater in the room, plus there is this wired smell in the whole hotel. Also bed and sheet seemed to be wet and dirty. I didn’t sleep there whole night. But again who don’t want to pay much and don’t care about quality. It might be a paradise. All depend what you looking for.

I've stayed in similarly priced hotels in the area, so I figured the experience would be similar. Not so. Sheets and towels didn't look clean. Bathroom sink was clogged really bad. Even lower priced properties offer disposable carpet slippers but not this hotel. I prepaid for breakfast and found that made me eligible for one fixed item on the menu that was priced at half of what I had paid. They charged me for airport transfer and later called an Uber whom they paid a quarter of what they charged me. Scammy, dirty, and inadequate. Will NOT visit again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and very comfortable. We received a gift basket upon arrival and a gift as we left. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked really well.

Although the staff was very nice and kind in general, the facilities are those of a 1 star hotel (not more). Overall, the conditions correspond to a $10-15 USD place but I paid $20 USD night and for that the room could do better. Conserving the room, it smelled a bit as cigarette smoke although outside the room and in my booking I booked a non-smoking room. The sheets and towels where apparently clean but had many stains and looked old. One of the pillows did smelled as someone used it before. The hot water only lasts 5 min. The tap water was clean at first but at night it started to ran in a brownish color , which made me stop using it specially for brushing my teeth. As I said, the staff was kind, but there where some details that could do some improving concerning the service. For example, I got waken up at 7:30am by a call from the from desk telling me that there was breakfast available. I booked a room with the breakfast included so that info was not new for me and I the call interrupted my sleep , which was a bit unfortunate as I needed that morning to sleep and recover from previous night travel. Also, an hour before the check out someone tried to open my door twice , I assume it was the cleaning team. Lucky that I had the double lock on, so I was not caught unexpectedly by someone that open my door. If you stay, do know that the room will be according to the price or a bit less. Do not expect a $50 or up hotel, although this hotel says that’s their normal fee.

Let me starts off by saying staff were friendly, helpful and nice. As I made my way to the hotel in an airport transfer they arranged, they texted me that they would have to move me to another hotel around the corner, Hotel Pitrashish Pride, for reasons I could not understand. They wanted me to check in though at the Tashree. When I got there to check in, the second issue came up - they preferred cash or one of the Indian e-payments. For whatever reasons, my Visa would not go through. after about 30 mins, I decided to try to call Expedia, and as I was looking the charge finally went through. Next we went around to the Pitrashish Pride. Again, helpful staff, the room was clean, but the overhead shower was broken, the handheld shower about half the sprayer worked. There was a broken shelf hanging off the wall. I really wanted this to work, as I have to take international flights and I have to spend 5-7 hours in Delhi. But despite it being about double the cost I think I will stay at a branded hotel like the Sheraton the next time, as I will not have to deal with the stress and be assured of a known standard of service.
