Clean well-appointed apartment. a bit small but nicely decorated and we appreciated the nespresso machine and the included breakfast. delhi traffic is crazy and not that much around the area besides a lot of other hotels and some restaurants

Great stay at empire platinum suites . Found it exceptionally clean on arrival , the suite is having a well planned layout clever design . With all the tech you may expect inside .Also as a highlight they offered me a complimentary city tour on arrival . This gesture by the management made us overwhelmed. Centrally located , luxurious , loaded with automation and technology . Midnight cravings were taken care by the kitchenette and useful stuff inside it .A 10/10 recommended property in New Delhi . We will visit here soon again .

Breakfast and staff were outstanding. The neighborhood is not great - but within walking distance of the heart of the city like Connaught Circle etc. This hotel is an amazing bargain. The room I was given was like a suite - outstanding. The room service was good - but not to my taste.

I'd definitely recommend appartment hassle-free and enjoyable stay in New Delhi. Kudos to the team! I also took a tour from hotel. to Agra, Jaipur, and Udaipur, and it was a fantastic experience! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Delhi & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Delhi and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

Extremely comfortable!

Extremely comfortable suite and bed with a kitchen and mini refrigerator if you need it. Nice desk for working as well. Curtains to block out sunlight when needed. Very nice breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Because of its central location, the outside automobile/street traffic could be distracting, but I used a noise app to block it out when sleeping.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. Rooms are extremely clean, spacious & comfortable. Yummy breakfast. Only place I could eat without getting sick. All my respect to them🙏 coz they do a great job there to ease our stay and making it memorable. Thank you Delhi Pride Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.👍

Good but…

The Empire Platinum Suites (EPS) are part of a group of three hotels with different standards. There are only a few rooms available in the EPS, one on each level. The setup is designed around the central staircase, split into 2 rooms and an adjacent, rather small bath. The connection between the rooms is a slender hallway. The interior is modern and of really good quality. It contains a full kitchen but all in all appears to be squeezed in the space given. The bed is short (1,8mor~6ft), and the control of the interior lights was a challenge since there is no description available. Also the use of the TV was problematic, since it only works with an TATA box. It was annoying that we had to ask every evening for an extension of the hotel TATA account needed to use the TV. Everything was very clean though. The location is quite central and many places in the city are close by. Due to traffic and the very dirty surroundings you should take a Tuk Tuk instead of walking. The noise from the streets are quite loud, we only slept with ear plugs. In the morning the restaurant was very full (hard to find a seat) and the choices very limited. All in all we still recommend the EPS but it would be good to improve the mentioned issues since the price is not a bargain…

Do not be fooled by the pictures on the website

Booked executive room and was not as what was showed in the picture. Condition was poor and had strong smoke smell. Though they provided a complimentary sandwich, upon check in due to my room not ready at 5.30pm, I felt uncomfortable. The shower gel smelt unpleasant and fortunately I had my own. Surprised to see a Japanese family of 4 staying there too. The name of the hotel is not the same as the website. The hotel's name is Singh Empire Suites
