The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating upon arriving to the hotel. This was my fifth time staying here and I highly recommend it for anyone needing a place to stay in Delhi. I'd specifically like to thank Nawab for making my stay so special! Can't wait to come back.

Staff was very helpful and they all smiled genuinely and from within. The room was perfect with all the amenities especially a hair dryer. Bathroom was also designed well. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a 13 hour layover in New Delhi after a 8.5 hour flight. It was great to relax and freshen up and not have to leave the terminal. The only complaint is that the rooms were not well insulated so you could hear a lot of noise from other guests. Unfortunate but I guess all apart of the experience.

The Holiday Inn is convenient because it's in the airport, but the hotels in Aerocity are more convenient. It's a major hassle getting to the hotel. My papers were checked 9 times going into the hotel and 13 times on my way to the boarding gate. Apparently they think that checking guy #12 will spot something that the previous 11 missed, The staff were vert helpful The assistant manager walked me to the check in counter and was able to get me into the business class line. Which was good because I'd probably still be in line. tThen he walked mt to security check in and right up the the entrance to the queue.

Rooms are ok for short stay, right inside terminal 3. Breakfast variety needs improvement, could do with more options. Only meat was Halal chicken sausages!!! I don't understand the logic for serving Halal to international clientele!! The hotel staff were wonderful but access to the hotel was terrible with unnecessary security checks due to shared access with airline staff offices. Could have a separate lift or entry. It was so cumbersome that I was wondering whether it was easier to go to aerocity hotels than go thru this hassle especially after a long flight and 2 AM!!
