I switched rooms four times because bed sheets dirty, floor dirty (not mopped), bathroom unclean...then put me in room with no window (I paid "city view") then the front desk turned A/C off in the middle of the night (I think they have a fuse box control at the front desk). I would not be writing this review if they were at least friendly but they were rude instead of apologetic ("dont come down here again. call from your room) but my room did not have a telephone. I only stayed three nights. Location was okay in the old part of town. Rustic. I felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Overhead fan worked well. There was an elevator. I would not stay here again. In rupees it was less than half what I paid online.
