First of all, this place is nothing like the pictures shown online, so please don’t get fooled by them. The hotel is located on the main road in Laxmi Nagar, and the rooms are on the third floor with no lift, so you have to climb the stairs to reach it. When I arrived, the receptionist asked if I could shift to another one of their hotels nearby. I agreed, but that place also didn’t have a lift and was still under construction. The room itself was okay-ish, but there was constant noise from fitting and construction work going on. The staff was courteous, but honestly, this is not the experience you expect when you book a hotel based on the pictures shown online. The actual place felt more like a basic OYO-type hotel, very different from what was advertised. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed after booking a hotel online, and experiences like this make it hard to trust online listings again.
