I booked a room for my relatives but the hotel refused to let them in the room. This is not nice.

The staff was absolutely excellent, didn't miss a thing. I just expected a bit more space in the lobby area or breakfast room. Anyways all the rest was fine and the room itself was definitely clean and worth its money.
