Hotel was in an okay location however in a run down area and is about 25 minutes walk from the train station. Staff were attentive to your needs at any hour. Food is okay however I would recommend venturing out and not relying on the convenience of their food service. Have to request to turn on hot water, which is a hit and miss, more miss than hit. It is very cold in the rooms, and the AC wasn’t working. Blankets were terrible and clearly dirty. Small improvements could go a long way to improve the overall experience. For a budget holiday, it does the job, don’t expect anything 5 star for the price you pay.

Please do not book this property there is no 24 hours hot water, no AC and top of that the receptionist guy was rude and mannerless was talking to a lady too like a mental case. And repeatedly asked me to cancel room at 10.30 pm and ask refund from expedia. Request Expedia to remove this hotel ppl will definitely end up cancellung it and asking for refund.

What the review on the website does not say is that this property is in the middle of the slums of Delhi. We got to our room and no AC. Sheets were used, floor dirty. They had left a pair of used flip flops for us to use. A plastic bucket for use to fill with water so that we could shower. The door lock did not work, so door had to be propped with sofa in room. Every time we would open our room door, guys would come out to see who it was. Very disturbing experience over all. Btw, Uber had to drop off in the closest Main Street as they could access the hotel since it was inside a slum.

Depuis 2015, mon hôtel préféré à Paharganj

Depuis 2015, donc 10 ans, je séjourne très régulièrement dans cet hôtel. J'en suis donc très satisfait. Le personnel est professionnel, les chambres confortables à ce prix et propres. L'environnement de Paharganj peut rebuter certains mais l'hôtel est proche d'une grande avenue par laquelle accéder si vous ne voulez pas passer par le dédale des ruelles de Paharganj. On y trouve tous les magasins et services utiles ; les moyens de transport ne sont pas très éloignés.

A chaque passage à Delhi depuis 2015, je séjourne dans cet hôtel et il me donne toujours satisfaction quelle que soit la catégorie des chambres. Il est situé dans Paharganj, mais pas dans au coeur des ruelles, à quelques mètres d'une grande avenue, mais sans bruit, à distance raisonnable des moyens de transports (une gare, 2 lignes de métro). Les chambres sont propres, le wifi est bon. Les repas peuvent être servis en chambre (plus sur le toit terrasse malheureusement).

Hotel staff were very nice, but the hotel is just in a very dirty alley between sangtrashan and DB Gupta road, from which you constantly feel a little unsafe especially after dark. Very good location for the New Delhi train station, but Arakashan road or Main Bazaar are closer and feel more safe!

４日間滞在しました。初日10時くらいに到着しましたが、チェックイン時間前にも関わらず部屋を用意してくれたり、最終日もフライトが深夜だったのでチェックアウト後も荷物を無料で預かってくれました。親身に対応してくれるホテルです。 Stayed for 4 days, arriving at 10am before check-in, the hotel served a room for me, also after checking-out they still keep my luggage. Staffs are really kind.

Sehr gutes Budget Hotel für Delhi

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man dem Trubel der Großstadt entkommen kann. Das Personal spricht so mittelgutes englisch, wirkt oft verpeilt, ist aber sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach ist fast immer leer, aber die Preise sind gut und das Essen schmeckt. Probiert mal die Masalla Milk, schmeckt klasse!

Clean hotel with good location

I stayed 2 nights, the room was big and clean. The bathroom was a bit smelly though. Food was delicious and at a reasonable price. It is located near main bazar, new Delhi train station and -most important- near metro so you can easily go to the airport for only 60 rupees. The street in which it's located is rather small and without public light, but this is not hotel's fault. Besides you can arrive to it from one of the main avenues.

Good location on Gupta Road.

Su Shree is at a good location in an alley off of Gupta Road. Accessible by foot from the Airport Express train line. In my room, the sink p-trap was not installed, just a direct line from the sink drain to the outlet drain, allowing sewer gasses to enter the bathroom, and the room. I blocked the smell with a shot of shaving cream on the drain. The alley is quiet, so that is good, since Gupta Road is very crowded, very busy with much honking. Gupta road is very filthy. Upstairs is a very inexpensive, simple, open-air restaurant that prepares very delicious food; for 300 to 400 rupees, expect a filling, delicious meal.

A good place in Pahar Ganj

Hotel Susree is a short walk from New Delhi train station and a short walk to my favorite eating place. My room didn't have a window with day light, which I usually like, but even that was good for a long nights sleep after lots of travel. The folks there were helpful. All in all it was a convenient location, clean, quiet place with all the amenities including good wifi- and budget priced.

dobrze położony hotel na zwiedzanie Delhi

Miejsce położone kawałek od głównej ulicy co powoduje, że jest w nim ciszej. Blisko do Main Bazaar i do dworca oraz stacji metra. Na górze na dachu dobra restauracja gdzie jedliśmy fajne śniadania. Wadą było wyjście okna na szyby wentylacyjne, nie miałem żadnych widoków i w pokoju trochę duszno bez klimatyzacji.
