Premium Delux Room Booked for 2 nights. Breakfast was Not included in this room, even as the booking Agency (Expedia) confirmation says it is. The hotel charged 3894 rupees ie $40 per night (on top per room) for breakfast, so factor that extra cost in. There was also no free welcome drink as advertised and as confirmed on the booking.

Original room’s AC barely cooled , the temperature stayed at 23.5 degrees Celsius . After repeatedly complaining and getting the AC inspected they moved us to another room where the temperature would not fall below 22 degrees Celsius. Not a happy experience at this hotel . Will not return !!!! Period

The rooms are small and old AC that does not go down much. Rooms had a musty smell. Front desk was not pleasant. I paid same price for Taj place and everything was impeccable there. It’s an old hotel that needs upgrade. The reception area was the only part that was clean and nice. Multiple elevators are plus point. Not worth the money paid.

This hotel is impresive , decoration wise , realy imperial - royal . Clean rooms , outdated bathrooms , the towels needs to be updated as well - they are not anymore white but light gray . Breakfast needs to be improved , same spread of items every day - I stayed 4 days . If you get a shuttle service provided by the hotel to the airport expect a high charge - I paid 2200 rupees , if I order a taxi from outside would have been half less . Ordered pastries from the pastries shop - took 1 hr to be delivetlred to the room , I never asked that - I was waiting by the pastry shop for a while till they tod me - " the patries are being delivered to your room " - I never asked for that. Had an open buffet in obe evening in the hotel - the charge was 2500 rupee / person ( we were 6 peoople ) , however be aware of the 28% additional charges for taxes- extrimely expensive compared with what good restaurants in New Delhi has to offer ( it come ip to about $37 / pers for a mediocre buffet ) . Will return for the hioel atmosphere experience , but I won't use their amenities .

The Room was left neglected. Found it in a dirty poor state under the bed. I have video recording of the room. Informed the Hotel Manger. No refunds given or even change of room. All he did was get the room cleaned. Didn't expect to find a 5 Star Hotel in this state. I am very disappointed and expecting a refund from Expedia. Apologies for the delay in getting back to yourselves.

Single white female traveler. Was in Delhi for dental work (2weeks). Arrived 4am to find drunken screaming females (from the nightclub next door) at the front of the hotel. I had previously alerted the hotel that I’d require an early check in due to my arrival time. They said no problem but upon arrival they changed me full price for a night. The staff inside the hotel were unfriendly and ignored me most of the time. My swipe card constantly needed to be reset 1-2 times a day so I could get into my room. The sheets had holes in them and the towels were stained. Toilet…. Disgusting. I purchased cleaning products so I could clean it properly (urine build up). Fridge didn’t work and they kept trying to charge me for ice (which I needed to keep things cold) AC was terrible and water leaked from the ceiling onto the floor making it dangerous Cleaning staff wouldn’t leave towels etc so they could come back (expecting a tip) They advertise “sound proof rooms”. NOOOO. There’s a night club that pumps loud music most nights. Most staff were unfriendly and rude. When I tried to check out ( I told them when I was) I was told to sit down and wait. Apparently they all were too busy getting their photos taken with some celebrity. I’ll never stay there again
