Incredible attentive staff the place it’s sparkling clean beautiful details you feel the care of people working there . Not that many hotels I have visited are at that level. "Enjoyed two excellent stays at this property. Clean, well-managed. No complaints. Staff was professional and courteous. Shout out to Danish and Nameka (sp?) - both very capably provided excellent support in connection with room availability issue at check in. Rooms were clean and well-appointed. We loved the breakfast buffet and the pool. We did not like the food at Shang’s - pretty poor (and expensive) version of Chinese food - sooooooo much corn starch in the dishes that we ordered. Dinner service at Tamra was good (but also expensive)."
